Shipping Destinations

We currently ship eBikes to the following countries:

  • Germany
  • Netherlands
  • Poland

If your country is not listed, please contact us before placing your order.

Order Processing

  • Orders are processed after successful payment confirmation.
  • Processing usually takes 1–3 business days.
  • Processing time may increase during weekends, public holidays, or promotional events.
  • An order confirmation email will be sent immediately after your purchase.

Shipping Time

Our standard delivery time is 15–30 calendar days from the date your order is dispatched.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to:

  • Customs clearance
  • Public holidays
  • Weather conditions
  • Transportation delays
  • Unexpected logistics issues

In the event of any significant delay, our customer support team will keep you informed.

Shipping Charges

We proudly offer FREE Standard Shipping on all eBike orders delivered to Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland.

No additional shipping charges will be added during checkout unless clearly specified.

Maximum Order Quantity

Customers may purchase up to 5 eBikes per order through our online store.

If you wish to purchase more than five eBikes, please contact our sales team for a custom quotation and shipping arrangement.

Payment Methods

We accept secure online payments through:

Orders will only be processed after payment has been successfully authorized.

Shipping Partners

We work with reliable logistics partners to ensure safe and timely delivery of your order.

The shipping carrier may vary depending on destination, product availability, and operational requirements.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive:

  • Shipping confirmation email
  • Tracking number (where available)

Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to become active.

Delivery Information

Please ensure that the shipping address entered during checkout is complete and accurate.

  • Someone should be available to receive the shipment if required.
  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays or additional shipping charges.

Failed Deliveries

If delivery cannot be completed because:

  • The recipient is unavailable.
  • The shipping address is incorrect.
  • The shipment is refused.

Additional shipping or handling charges may apply before the shipment can be re-delivered.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Orders shipped within Germany, the Netherlands, and Poland include applicable taxes where required by law.

If any additional customs duties, import fees, or government charges arise due to changes in local regulations, they remain the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated.

Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged:

  1. Inspect the package before accepting delivery.
  2. Take clear photographs of the package and product.
  3. Notify us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

We will investigate the matter with the shipping carrier and provide an appropriate resolution.

Lost Shipments

If your order has not arrived within the expected delivery period, please contact our customer support team.

We will work with the logistics provider to investigate the shipment and assist you in resolving the issue.

Important Notice: Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by customs clearance, weather conditions, public holidays, transportation providers, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control may affect delivery schedules.

CANCELLATION POLICY

You may cancel your order within 20 calendar days of placing it for a full (100%) refund, provided production, customization, or shipping has not yet started.

Non-Cancellable Orders

An order can no longer be cancelled once:

  • More than 20 calendar days have passed since it was placed.
  • Production, customization, or shipping has started.
  • The order has been delivered.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method (PayPal).

How to Cancel

Email info@nine09ev.com with your Order Number, Name, and Email, and we will confirm your cancellation and refund eligibility.
